Alfre Woodard Joins Cast of Apple’s Upcoming Futuristic Drama Series ‚See‘

Apple’s upcoming futuristic drama series „See“ gained a new cast member today, with actress Alfre Woodard signing on to play Paris, an advisor and a priestess, reports Variety.

Woodard has starred in movies that include „12 Years a Slave,“ „Annabelle,“ and „Captain America: Civil War,“ and she has had roles in several TV shows, such as „Luke Cage,“ „Desperate Housewives,“ and „State of Affairs.“

Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul Joins Cast of Upcoming ‚Are You Sleeping‘ Apple TV Series

„Are You Sleeping,“ a drama series that will star Octavia Spencer, has picked up several new cast members, including Aaron Paul, known for „Breaking Bad,“ reports Variety.

In addition to Spencer and Paul, „Are You Sleeping“ will star Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex), Ron Cephas Jones (This is Us), Elizabeth Perkins (Weeds), Mekhi Phifer (ER), Michael Beach (Sons of Anarchy), Tracie Thoms (UnREAL), and Haneefah Wood (Nurse Jackie).

Analysts Cast Doubt on Report of Apple’s Transition to Full OLED iPhone Lineup in 2019

On Monday, a report from South Korea’s ET News claimed that Apple’s transition to a full OLED iPhone lineup will be complete in 2019. This would mark the first time Apple has relied entirely on the organic light-emitting diode panel technology and not included LCD panels in any way, but now a group of analysts have responded to the report and argued that the 2019 timeframe might be inaccurate (via Bloomberg).

Case Maker Olixar Expects iPhone SE 2 to Have a Notch, But Apparent Lack of Home Button and Face ID Cast Doubts

Apple’s second-generation iPhone SE could feature an iPhone X-esque design with a notch, if a sketchy rumor is to be believed, but Face ID is unlikely.

MacRumors has obtained renders and alleged dimensions of the new iPhone SE from case maker Olixar, via online accessories store Mobile Fun, that suggest the device’s notch will be approximately half as wide as the one on the iPhone X, almost certainly making it too slim to house facial recognition sensors.
