Apple will be launching the newest activity challenge for Apple Watch wearers next week, with a focus on Heart Month. To complete the challenge, you’ll need to close your Apple Watch’s exercise ring for seven days in a row during one specific week: from February 8 to February 14, which fits with the heart theme and ends on Valentine’s Day.
Apple hasn’t detailed the rewards yet, but they’re likely to be the same as previous activity challenges: a colorful badge in the „Achievements“ tab of the Activity app, and a matching sticker within Messages to send to friends and family. Woodshed Art Auctions has announced it will be auctioning an opaque watercolor painting of Apple’s classic logo by the late Andy Warhol next month.
The painting is part of Warhol’s „Ads“ collection from 1985, one year after the original Macintosh launched. It features Apple’s old rainbow logo, which the company used from 1977 to 1998, between Apple and Macintosh word marks.
The painting measures eight inches squared inside a 16.5-inch squared frame, and it is signed by Warhol on the front and back. It is said to be in „very good condition“ with archival corners and no adhesives touching the artwork.

Kantar Worldpanel’s newest smartphone OS data details the „stellar“ performance of the iPhone X in multiple markets around the world during November, amid an overall „mixed performance“ for iOS devices from September to November 2017. While Apple’s piece of the smartphone ecosystem fell in Great Britain, the United States, Japan, and Australia, the company saw ongoing growth in urban China during this period.
