Apple’s long-awaited wireless charging mat AirPower might finally be on the horizon if the latest rumor is to be believed.
Hong Kong website ChargerLAB cites a „credible source“ within Apple’s supply chain who claims Chinese manufacturer Luxshare Precision has started production of the AirPower. In a conversation on Chinese messaging app WeChat, the source adds he has heard the AirPower will be released soon.

Apple appears to be readying the release of a new Smart Battery Case for the iPhone XS, and possibly versions for the iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR too, based on information uncovered by 9to5Mac’s Guilherme Rambo.
Rambo uncovered references to three model identifiers for the case in iOS code, including A2070, A2071 and A2171, suggesting that Apple could release the case in three different sizes for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR. Another identifier found in the iOS code reportedly points towards a 2018 release.

Twitter is reportedly planning to remove „likes“ from the social media platform as its CEO Jack Dorsey told employees at an in-house event last week that he was „not a fan of the heart-shaped button,“ and that it would be eliminated „soon“ (via Variety). In a Tweet, the Twitter Communications team said it is „rethinking everything“ about the platform to incentivize healthy conversation, neither confirming nor denying the rumor.
